By using this website or submitting an order, you agree to these store terms and our privacy notice. The seller shown on your order confirmation is responsible for fulfilling the accepted order.
Products, pricing and availability
We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, prices and stock. Colour and texture can vary slightly by screen or handcrafted batch. Placing an order does not reserve an item until the order is accepted and any required payment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and provide an appropriate replacement, credit or refund option.
Orders and payment
Review your items, delivery information and total before authorising payment. Online payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout; we do not receive your card number, UPI PIN or banking credentials. An order number or payment reference is not, by itself, proof that a payment has been captured. The payment-status page and our confirmation message are the authoritative record.
Delivery
Delivery eligibility, charges and estimated timing depend on the address, pincode, item availability and courier service. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Please provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address or authorised recipient you supplied.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Eligibility depends on the order's processing stage, product condition and applicable consumer law. Personalised, altered, hygiene-sensitive or final-sale items may have different return limits where permitted. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and may take additional banking time to appear.
WhatsApp orders and support
A WhatsApp message creates an enquiry, not a confirmed order. Our team will verify products, stock, delivery and payment before accepting it. Never send full card details, banking passwords or a UPI PIN through WhatsApp, email or phone.
Acceptable use and ownership
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, copy protected store content for commercial use, or submit false payment or delivery information. Store names, original copy, photography and design remain owned by their respective rights holders.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or delays outside our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts for the seller's registered place of business unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
